To help get to an answer faster, include your macOS version, the Horizon version (shown in the app’s settings), the calendar provider you connected, and what you expected to happen.
Common questions
- My events aren’t showing up. Confirm the calendar is enabled in Horizon’s settings and that the connected account still has access. Disconnecting and reconnecting the provider re-runs authorization and clears the cached events.
- Horizon won’t open after downloading. Horizon requires macOS 14 or later. Move the app to your Applications folder, then open it from there.
- I want to revoke access. Disconnect the provider from within Horizon, which removes its token from your Keychain. For Google, you can also revoke access at your Google account permissions page.
- How do I update? Horizon checks for updates automatically and will prompt you when a new version is available. You can also download the latest build from the Horizon page.
